The contract concerns personal assistants' payroll and other accountancy services, which the municipalities are obliged to reimburse to the disabled working as an employer under the Disability Services Act (1987/380). The service to be procured is described in the tender documentation.

The Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2019 with a six (6) month notice period.

Acquisition Skills is solicited for an offer of personal assistant payroll and other accountancy services that municipalities are required to reimburse to employers with disabilities under the Disability Services Act (1987/380). If the disabled employer acting as an employer does not perform the salary management and other assistance functions of the assistant employed, the municipality will reimburse the costs incurred through accountancy services. The number of employers in 2017 was 745.
