1) The subject of the order is:
(a) the collection of municipal waste, as shown in Table 1 of the OPZ, arising and collected on inhabited and non-inhabited properties listed in Annexes Nos 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ, located within the administrative limits of the City of Sokołów Podlaski and their transport to the Disposal Plant Waste in Wola Sukhożebrska.
(b) the establishment and operation, for the duration of the contract of one Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, in accordance with applicable laws, on the territory of the city of Sokołów Podlaski north-east of the streets: Lipowa, Long, Repkowska and the transport of waste from the Selective Point The collection of municipal waste carried out by the City of Sokołów Podlaski at Fabryczna Street to the Waste Disposal Plant in Wola Suchożebrska and to other installations indicated by the Ordering Authority.
(c) the collection of municipal waste from persons in quarantine and its transport to areas of development

2) The area of the town of Sokołów Podlaski is 17.5 sq km. The population of the town is 19.067 (as of 31.05.2020).
