Gassnova, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority will enter into several parallel frameworks agreements in order to ensure competition and cover all the subject areas. The Awarding Authority will require the following disciplines and subject areas:
— procurements,
— project management,
— engineering design,
— economy,
— hse,
— risk,
— document check,
— commercial negotiations,
— costs/plan,
— technical special expertise.
It is emphasised that this list is not complete and competence for other relevant areas might be required.
It is important that the companies the Awarding Authority enters into agreements with are strategic long-term joint venture partners, preferably with institutional competence in CCS and that quality assurance systems are established. The Awarding Authority also request that the tenderer describes how transfer of competence/sharing of knowledge is safeguarded towards the Awarding Authority.
