The Wohnstätte Krefeld Wohnungs-AG intends to build six residential buildings as three-storey residential buildings with staggered floors.

The 6 houses are divided into 4 buildings. The living area is about 4 000 m 2 and spread over a total of 57 apartments.

- 1 300 m heating pipe network,

- 82 m ground pipe (double pipe),

- 4 500 m 2 Underfloor heating,

- 13 steel tubular radiators,

- 69 St. towel radiator (purely electric).
