1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment: "Construction of the Regional Pulmonology Center – STAGE I" of the Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński Provincial Specialist Hospital SPZOZ in Lublin (hereinafter referred to as the Hospital or the Contracting Authority) along with the reconstruction of land development elements within the boundaries of the development, taking into account the technical infrastructure necessary for its operation and partial delivery of medical and non-medical equipment. Stage I being the subject of this application assumes the construction and commissioning by 31.10.2024, of a 2-storey building with an area of approx. 3000m2, consisting of:

1) ground floor (for: Lung Diseases with non-invasive mechanical ventilation – with an area of approx. 1 100m2,

2) storey (-1) – pom. technical facilities, garage hall. with an area of approx. 1 900m2.
