This is a service contract for the provision of high-throughput sequencing of whole genomes of bacteria (short-reads) for the ANSES Food Safety and Animal Health laboratories at the Maisons-Alfort and Boulogne-sur-Mer sites. In addition to the basic offer, the contract includes an optional additional service (PSE) relating to the logistical support of the transport of the samples by the contractor. The details of this optional ESP are also specified in the Cctp.Il is a framework agreement with purchase orders which sets out all the contractual stipulations and is concluded with a single economic operator in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles R2162-12 and R2162-13 of the Public Procurement Code. There is no minimum amount. A maximum amount of 1,400,000 euro(s)tax is set over 3 years. In addition, candidates are informed of the projected volume of information in the CCTP for information purposes; This information cannot be binding on ANSES or enforceable against it if the order volume is not reached or is exceeded in the context of the performance of the contract.
