The services advertised here include planning services for outdoor facility planning in accordance with Section 38 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10, work phases 2 to 8. The individual basic services and special services result from the tender documents.

The Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS) intends to build an extension in modular construction as an interim solution on behalf of the state capital of Potsdam for the school location of the Am Schloss Comprehensive School, Esplanade 5 in 14469 Potsdam.

The existing structural facilities for the newly founded comprehensive school 28 (esplanade) are not yet available to a sufficient extent at the beginning of the school year 2023/24. It is therefore necessary to expand the existing interim container system components A and B. The service life should be limited to 4 years.

Completion is absolutely necessary for the start of the school year 2023/24.

As part of the open space planning, parcel 2546 with a size of approximately 5,185 m² and the adjacent area of parcel 2545 to the south are to be designed in the simplest way.

The areas are required as a playground for the students and for supply and disposal (including fire brigade areas).

The construction of outdoor sports areas is not envisaged on the entire property.
