1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Purchase of electric buses for the Municipality of Opoczno. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) delivery of 6 brand new, electric city buses, single-unit, low-floor electric buses, one brand of MIDI class with a length of 8.0 to 10.0 meters; 2) delivery of 6 pieces of brand new, electric city buses, single-unit, low-floor electric drive, one brand of MAXI class with a length of 11.0 to 13.0 meters; 3) delivery, assembly and commissioning of brand new charging stations, including 12 charging points, i.e. 6 pieces of stationary electric double chargers, designed for simultaneous charging of energy storage 12 buses referred to in points 1 and 2, each with a power of min. 2x60 kW and each having two independent charging outputs, built in a way that allows charging with increased power min. 120 kW if one bus is connected; Chargers must be of one type, which means that they are identical, in particular in terms of construction, technical parameters, completion and equipment. It shall be possible to charge the vehicles listed in points 1 and 2 at the same time from one charger. 3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is specified in the attachments: 1) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is an integral part of the SWZ. 2) Annex 2 to the SWZ - draft agreement, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
