BIM proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-operator framework agreement for legal services in respect of its Deep Sea Fish Farm project. As a public body, BIM is seeking to leverage efficiency from its legal services and one of the reasons BIM has adopted a framework approach to the acquisition of legal services is to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and value for money.

Legal services under this framework will include:

— Contract law (contracts, concessions and licences),

— Procurement law,

— European and Competition law,

— Public Law & Administrative Law,

— Marine & Environmental Legislation,

— Dispute Resolution & Legal Representation.
