The municipality of Enschede, as a contracting authority, wants to contract one contractor for the supply of printed matter on demand and as required for elections that will be organized in the next four (4) years.

The expected decrease is the four (4) elections as stated in the assignment description, plus any optional elections.

The municipality is responsible for organizing several elections. The Municipality of Enschede organizes and coordinates these activities for both its own municipality and for the municipality of Losser. The number of elections varies per year. In the coming years, it will in any case be about:

- Provincial Council and Water Board elections (2023)

- European Parliament elections (2024)

- Parliamentary elections (2025)

- Municipal elections (2026)
