The EPA intends to establish, as a result of this Invitation to Tender, a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for the procurement of services to support the Waste Statistics Team. It is expected that several focused short-term (6 to 15 weeks) contracts will be let under this framework to provide support to the EPA Waste Statistics Team in transitioning to the Common View Environmental Performance Reporting (EPR) system and in preparing for new and expanded waste reporting obligations.
