Establishment of the residential and treatment centre concerns an individual measure within the discipline of mental healthcare and substance abuse. Before the establishment, personnel who will work in the measure must participate in on-the-job training in the specialist health service where they will learn about users.

Start-up of the individual initiative is set for spring 2019. The individual measure will be in place until at least autumn 2020 with monthly extension. Extension of the individual measures is dependent on further treatment decisions for users.
