The object of the contract is the assignment of the management service of the Centre for Families of the Union of Sorbara (whose charter was approved by Union Council Resolution no. 22 dated 4/08/ 2015 in relation to the territorial basin of the municipalities of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Nonantola, Ravarino then extended, pursuant to the provisions of the current Area Plan 2018 — 2020 - 2020 implementation program, to the entire Union), to be understood as a territorial resource for all families with children, aimed at taking care of the relationships that are established within the nucleus and between the nucleus and its nucleus context of life, to promote the development of family networks, to

enhance the dimension of being a parent and the protagonism of families.

Economic operators, even established in other Member States, may participate in this tender individually or in association form, according to the provisions of art. 45 of the Code, provided that they meet the requirements prescribed within the tender acts.

The provisions of articles 47 and 48 of the Code apply to subjects constituted in an associated form.
