The contract concerns the insurance services of ASP Reggio Emilia Città delle Persone

The service covered by this lot includes the guarantee for all material damage, loss and / or deterioration, both direct and "consequential, caused to the insured goods, wherever located (unless otherwise specified), owned by the Contractor itself or held by it for any reason or for which it has an insurable interest also by virtue of commitments made towards third parties, except as expressly excluded.

The insurance is provided for civil liability deriving to the Insured from the performance anywhere in the territory of the Insurance of the activities of relevance, including all ancillary, subsidiary and/or complementary operations and activities of any nature and by any means carried out, none excluded or excepted. The insurance operates for all activities permitted by the laws in force and / or its internal regulations and not in conflict with them:

The insurance also applies to civil liability arising from the wilful misconduct of persons for whom the Insured Party is liable.

The service covered by this Lot includes the guarantee of indemnifying the Insured for what she is required to pay as compensation as civilly liable for financial losses involuntarily caused to third parties as a result of culpable acts or omissions committed by one or more Directors / Employees for which the same must respond according to the law in the exercise of the activity declared in the policy and is also extended to liability professional, deriving from the Insured for facts or omissions committed by: designer and design verifier, construction manager, operations manager, site inspector; test pilot; "Employer – Manager – Supervisor – Competent Doctor – Workers' representatives and all workers themselves", referred to in Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments and additions, "Client – Works Manager – Design Coordinator – Execution Coordinator"; pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments and additions, RUP - sole responsible for the procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments; Support service to the Sole Responsible of the Procedure pursuant to art. 24, 31 paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree 50/16; The insurance also includes:

• The financial losses that the Insured is required to compensate for fines and / or fines, administrative and / or pecuniary sanctions imposed on third parties also as a result of professional errors of its Directors / Employees, and of the Personnel used in any case.

• Financial losses resulting from loss, destruction or deterioration of deeds, documents or securities not bearer provided that they do not derive from fire, theft or robbery.

The policy covers accidents, i.e. any event due to fortuitous, violent and external causes that produces objectively ascertainable bodily injuries, which result in death or permanent disability or temporary disability or hospitalization or reimbursement of expenses, suffered during the areas of protection specifically provided to each Category of Insured.

The service covered by this lot includes, in accordance with the rules of law and regulation, the risks of civil liability for which insurance is mandatory, undertaking to pay, within the agreed limits, the sums which, by way of principal, interest and expenses, are due by way of compensation for damage unintentionally caused to third parties including passengers transported, whatever the title under which the carriage from the use of the vehicle described in the contract was carried out.

The insurance also covers liability for damage caused by the circulation of vehicles in equivalent private areas.

The service covered by this lot includes the guarantee for material and direct damage suffered by vehicles owned by the Contractor's employees (even if family members) previously authorized by the same and used during missions and / or for service obligations outside the office, limited to the time necessary for the execution of missions or for service obligations, performance of the service itself is covered by this insurance by reason of a legal obligation or a national collective labour agreement.

The policy covers the cost of expenses that the Contractor must bear on behalf of the Natural Person for the protection of their rights and interests in the event of legal disputes arising in connection with the performance of their respective duties and / or services and / or functions performed and office tasks.

The insurance shall include, within the limits of the agreed ceiling:

a) the burden related to any expense for judicial, legal and expert assistance - in every state and degree - before any seat and judicial authority;

(b) the cost of any expenditure on preliminary and extrajudicial, legal and expert assistance,

The insurance is also operative in cases where the protection of the interests of the Insured is consequent to acts, facts or omissions, intentional or negligent, committed by persons for whose work the Insured is required to respond.
