The subject of the contract shall be the supply of Prevenar 13 vaccine or another equivalent single-dose vaccine against pneumococcal infection registered in Poland and approved for use in persons over 50 years of age for the Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital in Warsaw Sp. z o.o. within the framework of the ' Health Policy Programme for pneumococcal vaccination for persons over fifty years of age from Mazowieckie Voivodeship” for the years 2021 to 2023, MSB/PN/19/02/2022, the detailed scope and subject of which is specified in the assortment and price specification annexed No. 5 to SWZ.
