The subject of the order is the successive deliveries and transport of diesel oil, in an estimated amount of 2,100 m³, intended to power diesel engines with compression ignition. The fuel offered by the contractor, which is the subject of the contract, must meet the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314), and the offered oil must comply with the currently applicable regulations in this regard on the date of the deadline for submission of tenders.

The fuel offered by the contractor, which is the subject of the contract, must meet the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314), and the offered oil must comply with the currently applicable regulations in this regard on the date of the deadline for submission of tenders. The diesel fuel offered and delivered must be microbiologically clean and resistant to possible microbiological contamination in tanks, petrol station installations and buses throughout the year. The additives of the diesel fuel offered must be compatible with the engine oils. Delivery of diesel fuel in quantities ordered by the customer each time, with the assumption that: - monthly orders can reach the volume of 150 m³, on average four deliveries per month, - the volume of a single delivery will be about 30 m³. Deliveries of diesel fuel to the place mentioned in point II.2.3 will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. within no more than 48 hours from the moment of submission by the ordering party – in writing, by phone or e-mail – of the demand for diesel fuel, and in an emergency situation – within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order by fax or e-mail. The buyer will place orders for the supply of diesel fuel from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Other elements concerning the subject matter of the contract are included in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
