- the purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules relating to the purchase orders which will be issued for the provision of the following services:

—— an asbestos and lead diagnosis before demolition of buildings (identification of coatings and materials likely to contain them) during the occupied period;

—— an asbestos diagnosis of existing asphalt mixes: outdoor spaces, roads and private car parks adjoining the buildings, in order to determine the deconstruction procedures, sorting of waste and combating poisoning and to allow companies involved in the demolition of run safely;

- the framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum in value.

- the details of the assignment are indicated in the framework agreement, the CCTP and the unit price schedule.
