The Norwegian Parliament would like to enter into two contracts; one for travel agency services, and one for course and conference services.

The contracts will cover the contracting authority's need for services related to travel and courses/conferences. The contracts must also ensure that the contracting authority has access to services with satisfactory quality and service at competitive prices, as well as conditions that are in line with the user needs.

The service will cover the contracting authority's needs for course facilities, meals and, where applicable, accommodation, transportation and activities. In some cases, follow-up of events/courses will also be included. The service is intended to relieve the contracting authority's employees of the work surrounding the event, such as obtaining tenders, selection and ordering.
