1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products to 35 WOG, i.e. deep-frozen delicatessen products intended for current feeding of soldiers implemented on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense candidate of 4.12.2014 on free food for professional soldiers and soldiers performing duty (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 24.03.2011 on the nutrition of active military service soldiers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts
