The subject of the contract is: delivery of devices, tools, workshop equipment, handling equipment and car mats divided into 4 (four) parts of the contract, i.e.:

Part I of the order – delivery of workshop equipment,

Part II of the order – delivery of tools,

Part III of the order – delivery of various hand tools,

Part IV of the order – delivery of rugs.

Delivery of workshop equipment

The subject of the contract is: delivery of devices, tools, workshop equipment, handling equipment and car mats divided into 4 (four) parts of the contract, i.e.:

Part I of the order – delivery of workshop equipment,

Part II of the order – delivery of tools,

Part III of the order – delivery of various hand tools,

Part IV of the order – delivery of rugs.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: Annexes No. 1, No. 1.1. – 1.4. to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with the Assortment and Price Specification and No. 4, i.e.: Draft provisions of the contract. The CONTRACTING ENTITY allows for the submission of partial bids, each of which will be evaluated by the ORDERING Party separately, according to the rules described in the SWZ. The order was divided into parts, in accordance with the description contained in Annex 1.1. – 1.4. to the SWZ. Each of the CONTRACTORS may submit a bid for any selected part(s). It is required to submit an offer for all required assortment items within a given part. Whenever in this SWZ the subject of the contract is described with an indication of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes products supplied by a specific CONTRACTOR, if this could lead to the preference or elimination of certain contractors or products, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, describing the subject of the contract, on the basis of the instruction expressed in Article 99(4) of the PPL, pointed to the trademark or origin due to the specificity of the subject of the contract and the inability to describe it exhaustively using precise and understandable terms. By describing the subject of the contract by means of trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products delivered, the CUSTOMER specifies the quality, technical and functional parameters that the subject of the contract must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the CUSTOMER.
