Carmarthenshire County Council has appointed contractors to provide property-related minor works across 9 Lots.
Please note that the figure for the total value of the contract/lot (v.2.4) under Section V “Award of Contract” in each lot, is the anticipated total value of the framework as a whole, over 4 years. As this is a framework arrangement, total values of spend for each individual lot cannot be specified.
Lot 2 will be for works relating to the housing stock in the north of the county, of a value up to 2 500 GBP. Works will include day to day maintenance for domestic properties (e.g. plumbing, general electrical test checks, carpentry to include door replacement and kitchen unit installations, disabled adaptations, bricklaying, plastering, roofing and flooring). The Council has appointed 6 contractors for this lot on a framework basis.
Lot 1 will be for works relating to the Housing stock in the South of the County, of a value up to 2,500 GBP. Works will include day to day maintenance for domestic properties (e.g. plumbing, general electrical test checks, carpentry to include door replacement and kitchen unit installations, disabled adaptations, bricklaying, plastering, roofing and flooring). The Council has appointed 6 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd Lot 1 ar gyfer gwaith yn gysylltiedig â'r stoc Dai yn Ne'r Sir, sydd â gwerth hyd at 2,500 GBP. Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys cynnal a chadw o ddydd i ddydd ar gyfer eiddo domestig (e.e. plymio, prawf gwirio trydanol cyffredinol, gwaith coed yn cynnwys gosod drysau newydd ac unedau cegin, addasiadau i'r anabl, gosod brics, gwaith plastro, toi a lloriau). Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 6 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 3 will be for works relating to the Housing stock of a value between 2,500 and 25,000 GBP. Works will include re-wiring, heating renewal and plumbing, damp proofing, roof repair, re-decoration, all wet trades, joinery, kitchen and bathroom replacement, chimney works, disabled adaptations, small scale landscaping, garden/house clearances and cleaning. The Council has appointed 8 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd Lot 3 ar gyfer gwaith yn gysylltiedig â'r stoc Dai sydd â gwerth rhwng 2,500 a 25,000 GBP. Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys ail osod gwifrau trydan, adnewyddu systemau gwresogi a plymio, atal lleithder, adnewyddi toi, ail-addurno, holl grefftau gwaith gwlyb, gwaith coed, adnewyddu ceginau ac ystafelloedd ymolchi, gwaith simneiau, addasiadau i'r anabl, tirweddu ar raddfa fach, gwacáu a glanhau gerddi/tai. Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 8 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 4 will be for works relating to the Housing stock of a value of 25,000 GBP and above. The lot is intended to address planned major works of a non-routine nature, where building / structural elements have failed and are beyond economic repair by routine maintenance, or do not comply with legal requirements. This could include subsidence, ground heave, major damp, re-roofing works, disabled adaptations, or replacement of retaining walls etc. The Council has appointed 8 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Gall hyn gynnwys ymsuddiant, ymgodiad tir, lleithder sylweddol, adnewyddu toi, addasiadau i'r anabl, neu ail osod waliau cynnal a.y.b. Lot 5 will be for Non-Housing works of a value up to 5,000 GBP. Works will include day to day maintenance for non-domestic properties (e.g. schools, offices, industrial units, farms, leisure facilities) including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, roofing and flooring. The Council has appointed 8 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys cynnal a chadw o ddydd i ddydd ar gyfer eiddo annomestig (e.e. ysgolion, swyddfeydd, unedau diwydiannol, ffermydd, cyfleusterau hamdden) yn cynnwys plymio, trydanol, gwaith coed, gosod brics, gwaith plastro, toi a lloriau). Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 8 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 6 will be for Non-Housing works of a value between 5,000 to 150,000 GBP. Works will include internal refurbishments, alterations, DDA improvements, structural modifications / betterments with some externally funded schemes. The Council has appointed 8 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys adnewyddu mewnol, newidiadau, gwelliannau yn gysylltiedig â’r Ddeddf Gwahaniaethu ar sail Anabledd, addasiadau / gwelliannau strwythurol gyda rhai cynlluniau a ariennir yn allanol. Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 8 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 7 will be for Non-Housing works of a value between 150,000 and 350,000 GBP. Works will include internal refurbishments, alterations, extensions, temporary accommodation, structural modifications / betterments with some externally funded schemes. The Council has appointed 8 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys adnewyddu mewnol, newidiadau, estyniadau, llety dros-dro, addasiadau / gwelliannau strwythurol gyda rhai cynlluniau a ariennir yn allanol. Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 8 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 8 will be for Non-Housing Mechanical works. Works will include day to day remedials arising from service contracts, small minor works and major schemes. This will cover non-domestic properties such as schools, administrative buildings, care homes, leisure facilities and industrial units and all their associated equipment. The Council has appointed 4 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd Lot 8 ar gyfer gwaith Mecanyddol yn Eithrio Tai. Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys gwaith atgyweirio o ddydd i ddydd yn gysylltiedig â chontractau gwasanaethu, mân waith a chynlluniau mawr. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys eiddo annomestig megis ysgolion, adeiladau gweinyddol, cartrefi gofal, cyfleusterau hamdden ac unedau diwydiannol, ynghyd â’u holl cyfarpar cysylltiedig. Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 4 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 9 will be for Non-Housing Electrical works. Works will include day to day breakdown work, service remedials, planned minor works and capital works in non-domestic properties (including schools, administrative buildings, care homes, leisure facilities and industrial units). The Council has appointed 6 contractors for this Lot on a Framework basis.

Bydd Lot 9 ar gyfer gwaith Trydanol yn Eithrio Tai. Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys atgyweirio methiannau o ddydd i ddydd, atgyweirio yn gysylltiedig â gwasanaethau, mân waith wedi ei gynllunio a gwaith cyfalaf mewn eiddo annomestig (gan gynnwys ysgolion, adeiladau gweinyddol, cartrefi gofal, cyfleusterau hamdden ac unedau diwydiannol). Mae'r Cyngor wedi penodi 6 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma ar sail Fframwaith.
Lot 10 will be for the installation and repair of Fire and Intruder Alarms. Works will include repair, maintenance and installation work on both fire and security systems in non-domestic properties including schools, administrative buildings, care homes, leisure facilities and industrial units. It was the Council's intention to appoint up to 6 contractors for this Lot. However, the Council did not award this lot due to the insufficient number of compliant tenders received.

Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys atgyweirio, cynnal a chadw a gosod systemau tân a diogelwch mewn eiddo annomestig gan gynnwys ysgolion, adeiladau gweinyddol, cartrefi gofal, cyfleusterau hamdden ac unedau diwydiannol. Bwriad y Cyngor oedd penodi hyd at 6 contractwr ar gyfer y Lot yma. Fodd bynnag, ni wnaeth y Cyngor ddyfarnu'r lot yma oherwydd ni dderbyniwyd nifer digonol o dendrau oedd yn cydymffurfio â'r gofynion.
