The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in storing and making available non-archival documentation of the Ministry of Health of the archival category: BE5, BE10, BE15, B5, B10, BE50. The scope of the service also includes recording, packing and transport in sealed archiving containers from the warehouse of the Ordering Party to the Contractor's rotational archive and the service of providing documents – delivery/receipt of indicated documents to/from the Ordering Party's registered office.
