1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste generated on the premises of the properties on which the residents live, located in the Municipality of Mogilany (the area of the entire Commune is one sector)

2) Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Mogilany Commune (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK)
