The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the purchase, installation, maintenance and support, consulting and support services of Dell memory products.

In addition to Deutsche Welle, the following framework contract partners are entitled to purchase on the basis of the framework agreement:

The expert Ulrich Zoller (Computacenter AG & Co. AG, Kerpen) will support the contracting authority in the implementation of the award procedure. To this end, the contracting authority will also grant access to the documents submitted by candidates/tenderers, in particular tenders.

The framework agreement has a total contract term of three years and two months including options. The call-off period covers the period from 01 October 2023 to 31 November 2025 with a one-year extension option until 31 November 2026.
