The subject of the contract are works related to the winter maintenance of district roads and bridges in the Suski County in the winter season 2023/2024. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 90.62.00.00-9; 90.63.00.00-2

Part No. 1

a) Part No. 1: Works related to winter maintenance of district roads and bridges in the Budzów Commune in the winter season 2023/2024. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has for each task fully functional equipment required in the Detailed Technical Specification (hereinafter: SST) to perform the subject of the contract. The Contractor may not submit the equipment required by the Contracting Authority for the performance of the service, submitted for one task, to another task for which it submits a bid. Presentation of a minimum amount of equipment in the equipment list to confirm the condition of participation in the proceedings does not release the Contractor from the obligation to provide such quantity of equipment that will ensure the proper performance of the contract, regardless of the weather conditions prevailing at the moment. As part of the Winter Road Maintenance service, the Contractor is obliged to perform telephone duty, as well as to patrol the places covered by the contract and be on duty with equipment (monitoring and readiness to perform services). The Contractor will be obliged to remain ready to perform the winter road maintenance service throughout the period of the Winter Action. Other information in SWZ. Conditions for participation: The contracting authority will consider the above-mentioned condition to be fulfilled if the contractor has or will have at its disposal at least the following fully functional own equipment or has access to such equipment without time limits during the performance of the contract in individual tasks (for each task separately):p a) For lot no. 1: Municipality of Budzów, a minimum amount of equipment is required: - ploughing machine – pcs. 1 (plough and sandblaster separately allowed) - loader – pcs. 1 (it is possible to use salters). 5.4 The subjective means of proof required from the contractor include: 5.4.1. Contractor's statement, within the scope of Art. 108(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law, on the lack of belonging to the same capital group, within the meaning of the Act of 16.02.2007 on competition and consumer protection (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 369), with another contractor who submitted a separate bid, partial bid or request to participate in the proceedings, or a statement on belonging to the same capital group together with documents or information confirming the preparation of the offer, a partial bid or a request to participate in the procedure independently of another contractor belonging to the same capital group (according to the template presented by the Contracting Authority at a later stage of the procedure); 5.4.2. List of tools, plant equipment and technical devices necessary to perform the contract, available to the contractor for the purpose of performing the contract (confirming the condition specified in point 4.1.2 point 4 of the SWZ) together with information on the basis for disposing of these tools and technical devices (according to the model presented by the Contracting Authority at a later stage of the procedure). 5.4.3. The contractor's statement on the validity of the information contained in the statement referred to in Art. 125(1) of the Public Procurement Law to the extent relating to the grounds for exclusion specified in Art. 108(1)(3)-(6) of the Public Procurement Law; (according to the model presented by the Ordering Party at a later stage of the proceedings). 5.4.4.
