1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment according to Appendix No. 2 (Technical Specification – Description of the subject of the contract col. 2) to the Terms of Reference and includes:

1) delivery of equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party,

2) installation and commissioning of the equipment (if required in the Technical Specification),

3) providing a warranty for the supplied equipment,

4) providing the Contracting Authority with the required media, documentation and manuals

with the necessary accessories (if required in the Technical Specification),

5) training of the Ordering Party's employees (if required in the Technical Specification).

Personal computer – 1 pc., screen monitor 3 pcs.

Laptop computer – 3 pcs.

Portable computer – 1 pc.

Monitor – 1 pc.
