“Heat supply systems”, “ventilation systems”, “high-voltage and low-current systems”, “usage-specific systems” of the service phases 2-9 according to § 53 ff.

Project description

The project is a thorough renovation of an existing sports ground area, the Richard Beekmann Stadium in Bad Arolsen, Am Tannenkopf 10.

A new replacement building for the functional building is planned for this purpose.

A 1- or 2-storey structure with a flat sloping, green roof is planned. The building does not have a basement.

4 changing rooms with adjoining sanitary/shower area, 2 changing rooms for referees/teachers, changing room, toilet and shower area are planned especially for wheelchair users,

Clubhouse with a small kitchen and toilets, sales room and storage rooms for TUS-Bad Arolsen (soccer), Vfl-Bad Arolsen (athletics) and equipment storage with a small office for the groundskeeper.

The project attaches particular importance to barrier-free infrastructure and sustainable construction.

An existing part of the building with a multifunctional room for meetings, gymnastics, yoga, etc., may be integrated into the new building or replanned.

- Connection of heating technology to the local heating network of the city of Bad Arolsen

- central hot water supply with fresh water station, buffer tank and solar thermal system

- 1 storeroom/office groundskeeper approx. 25 sqm

- 1 storage room TuS Bad Arolsen approx. 25 sqm

- 1 storage room VfL Bad Arolsen approx. 25 sqm

- 1 storage room/chair storage in general approx. 10 sqm

- 1 sales room with warehouse approx. 20 sqm

The building is to be barrier-free.

Changes to the room schedule as part of the architect's design planning are possible.

We ask you to submit a fee offer for the execution of engineering services according to § 55 HOAI:
