Part A: Reconstruction of the Mickiewicza housing estate in Mikołów

Scope of work for Stage 1 (E 1), Stage 8 (E 8), Stage 2 (E 2):

- reconstruction and construction of internal roads (from concrete blocks with an area of approx. 3605 m2 and asphalt concrete with an area of approx. 762 m2) along with lighting and rainwater drainage;

- reconstruction and construction of parking spaces with an area of approx. 2805 m2;

- reconstruction and construction of sidewalks and pedestrian routes with an area of approx. 2881 m2;

- reconstruction and construction of playgrounds and games for young people;

- reconstruction and construction of small architecture equipment;

- felling of existing greenery and planting of greenery;

- reconstruction of existing infrastructure,

- temporary and permanent marking with the necessary documentation,

- reconstruction and construction of new lighting in LED technology.

- preparation of the necessary documents to report the completion of construction to the District Building Supervision Inspector,

- preparation of acceptance documentation in paper and electronic versions,

- performing a complete as-built geodetic inventory of the objects made along with marking them on the map in geodetic resources while maintaining the correct topology of objects,

- making a list of elements made by a surveyor,

Part B: Construction of sports infrastructure at 8 Zawilców Street in Mikołów

1. CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION INDUSTRY - scope of work to be performed:

1.1. Demolition of existing concrete stands with roofing of concrete fence on the north side, steel fencing on the south side and collision technical infrastructure along with the export and disposal of elements from demolition.

1.2. Construction of a football pitch with a dimension of approx. 41x80m with a natural grass surface with a drainage system, irrigation system and lighting.

1.3. Construction of a football pitch with a dimension of approx. 74x110m with artificial grass surface with drainage system, irrigation system, lighting.

1.4. Construction of two roofed stands for fans in steel construction (stands 1 and 3 located symmetrically in relation to the axis of the pitch)

1.5. Construction of the football scoreboard.

1.6. Leveling the area, forming slopes and embankments along with sowing grass (without installing grass from rolls), construction of terrain retaining walls.

1.7. Construction of paved surfaces from concrete blocks of a fragment of the pedestrian communication route,

1.8. Construction of fences with wickets and gates:

- construction of a fence 1.2 m high separating the pitch from the stand,

- construction of ball catchers of .8m high pitches,

- construction of a fence 1.8 m high separating the area in the western part and from the side of Krokusów Street,

- reconstruction of the fence in the area of the existing running track.

1.9.Cutting greenery in collision with the investment, making lawns with humus and sowing grass.

1.10. Construction of a water supply connection with a water meter chamber.

1.11. Construction of a sanitary sewerage connection with a pumping station with connection to an existing building.

1.12. Construction of rainwater sewage system with rainwater tanks, rainwater pumping station. (without rainwater drainage and tank 4x12m3)

1.13. Construction of a water supply connection and construction of two external hydrants.

1.14. Construction of a gas connection to an existing building for athletes for heating.

1.15. Construction of cable ducts with teletechnical installation.

1.16. Construction of cabling of the sound system, monitoring of pitches and stands, comprehensive lighting of pitches and stands, construction of cabling of lighting installations

1.17. Construction of an internal electricity distribution installation supplying individual facilities and devices with electricity. The power connection to the plot border will be made by the distribution network operator (TAURON DYSTRYBUCJA S.A.).

2. ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY - scope of work to be performed:

2.1. Execution of switchgears: RG, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 with supply wiring and drains.

2.2. Execution of lighting of the designed main pitch.

2.3. Lighting of the designed football pitch with natural grass.

2.4. Installation of lighting control of pitches - lighting control buttons should be installed in a dedicated external housing.

2.5. Installation of tribune lighting.

2.6. Installation of socket sets.

2.7. Execution of earthing installation within the scope of performed works

2.8. Implementation of CCTV installation adapted to the scope of work (monitoring in the area of sports fields and stands).

3. Performing a comprehensive as-built geodetic inventory of the completed objects along with placing them on the map in geodetic resources.
