The contract relates to lot K according to publication under 2022/S 202-574413 and 2022/S 225-648939, for which a postponement before submission of the offer is now required. In the states of Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland as well as the KV district Schleswig-Holstein, contrast agents are part of the consultation needs. The panel doctors can issue prescriptions and place the order with a manufacturer or wholesaler on their own responsibility and for the account of the clients. The purpose of the award procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the supply of panel medical practices in the above-mentioned areas with contrast agents from Lot K. The benefit is divided into 2 territorial lots. A framework contract shall be concluded for one subject lot per territorial lot. Due to the principle of economic efficiency, panel doctors are in principle obliged to cover the demand for contrast agents by the successful tenderer.
