Framework agreements for 5 lots (reportage photography with text, pure reportage texts, pure photography, proofreading as well as images and open data with CC-BY-SA licenses) are to be awarded.

- Creation of photo reports including text (9,000 characters total length) for online and/or print (examples on erlebe.bayern)

- The Contractor shall provide BayTM with the commissioned photos and texts to the desired extent on the agreed date via Picdrop for selection and via the BayTM image database. In addition, image information must be provided via a meaningful caption list, IPTC content and tagging when uploading to the database.

- Creation of photos for online and/or print (examples on erlebe.bayern).

- The reportage texts make the atmosphere tangible and tangible, also through original sound. Reports are subjective, based on verifiable facts. They follow the dramaturgical structure: gripping introduction > main piece with original sound, background information and impressions > final final punchline

- Proofreading of existing texts: The Contractor edits and corrects texts for the website and print products.

- Check for grammatical, punctuation and syntax errors. Print objects are processed with Incopy. Important is the reader-friendly optimization of the elements head, lead and scrolling text. The aim is a high linguistic quality and readability as well as the control of the content and stylistic quality.

- Sometimes new texts are created on the basis of text fragments and raw input from third parties, for example for sponsored posts or ambassador portraits, which must be adapted to BayTM's tone of voice. After completion of the layouts or web pages, the Contractor shall carry out a final check.
