owned or managed by GORI S.p.A.), located in the province of Naples and Salerno.

The contract provides for the supply of an estimated total quantity of 225,175,312 kWh of electricity per year.

The total amount based on the tender amounts to € 50,470,329.00 (Fifty million, four hundred and seventy thousand, three hundred and twenty-nine/00) plus statutory VAT; it is specified that the aforementioned amount is purely indicative and has been determined on the basis of the estimated consumption referred to in the Annexes, on the basis of the unit energy prices (PUE) calculated according to the forecasts of the Electricity Market at the date of preparation of the Specifications.
