In order to ensure the five (5) AS332L1e (H215) helicopter availability in all circumstances and operational environments, the Finnish Border Guard (later Contracting Authority or FBG) is procuring the partnership in a pool arrangement regarding the maintenance and exchange services for the gear boxes and other dynamic components. The contract format shall be hourly based aka pay-by-the-hour (PBH) service plan.

The estimated value of contract has calculated using 48 monts period.

The contract starts on March 1, 2024 and is valid until further notice.

In order to ensure the five (5) AS332L1e (H215) helicopter availability in all circumstances and operational environments, the Finnish Border Guard (later Contracting Authority or FBG) is procuring the partnership in a pool arrangement regarding the maintenance and exchange services for the gear boxes and other dynamic components. The contract format shall be hourly based aka pay-by-the-hour (PBH) service plan. The equipment included in the procurement are listed in appendix 1.

The procurement should include:

1. Overhaul and inspections

2. Unscheduled repairs

3. Exchange components

4. Supply of consumables and replacements parts life limited items

5. And as an option: Rotor blade de-icing system's overhaul, maintenance and spare parts, but excluding main rotor blades and tail rotor blades.
