The purpose of the framework agreement is to clean and maintain the premises and research laboratories of the CNRS Coordination Chemistry Laboratory (LCC), located at 205 route de Narbonne in Toulouse. It includes the supplies and products necessary for the contractor to perform the services.

The characteristics and technical specifications of the services are set out in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) no. 21052.

The contract is a framework agreement concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2121-8 of the public order code. This framework agreement is: single-beneficiary (concluded with a single economic operator).

This framework agreement is executed by order form (s) in application of articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code and by subsequent contracts in application of articles R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-8 of the public order code.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the cleaning and maintenance of premises and research laboratories, as well as the cleaning of all access doors with glazing of the Coordination Chemistry Laboratory (LCC) located at 205 route from Narbonne to Toulouse.

Cleaning and maintenance services relating to the operation of three studios located on campus 205 will also be included in the contract. These services will be carried out according to the occupancy of said studios (room cleaning, change of bedding and room maintenance water). The three studios are cleaned on average 40 times a year.

All the supplies and products necessary for the performance of the services are included in this framework agreement (maintenance products and consumables).
