Description:
Purchase and supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units of the Municipality of Ozorków

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities and organizational units, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), executive acts issued on its basis and an annex to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, which justifies the application of Article 246(2) of the Act of 11.09.2019. – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended).

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities and organizational units, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), executive acts issued on its basis and Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, which justifies the application of Article 246(2) of the Act of 11.09.2019. – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended). The contracting authority shall conclude a single contract resulting from this public procurement procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of this SWZ.

The estimated demand for electricity for the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 931 674 kWh - Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
