The contract is for the purchase of services related to the maintenance and simple development and support related to the budget application Budmod (see further description in Appendix 1)

Support will generally include telephone support, attendance, assistance and responsible for ensuring that errors are corrected quickly and efficiently.

The specific requirements to the assignment is described in the Maintenance Agreement, Appendix 2
