This service contract covers the insurance of buildings in the school sector and in the non-school sector of the French Community (“Fire and related perils”, “Civil liability”, “rental liability” and “objective fire and explosion liability” insurance ).

Insurance of FWB buildings, including those which will be transferred to the organizing power of the organized network of schools, WBE, during the performance of the contract (“Fire and related perils”, “building civil liability” and “rental liability” guarantees ").

Insurance "Objective civil liability for fire and explosions" (abbreviated "RCO fire and explosions") for the buildings of the FWB, including for the buildings which will be transferred to the organizing authority of the organized network of WBE schools, in progress of the market.
