The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended -: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, seed and selection, tree cover, forestry maintenance, nature protection and nursery to be carried out at the Forest District of Przymuszewo in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, seed and selection, tree plantings, maintenance of forestry facilities, nature protection and nursery resulting from Annexes 3.1 - 3.8 to the ToR. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP with a value of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.
