Kvinesdal municipality extends an invitation to open tender competition for construction of new swimming pool.

Swimming pool of approx. 3 470 m² divided between a basement of approx. 1 600 m² and a main floor of approx. 1 835 m².

Contract form:

The project is planned to be carried out in a main contract (the building contract) with administration and progress responsibility for the other joint contracts.

The following contract division is planned:

— E1 — Main contract: Ground works and construction works;

— E2 — Joint contract: Plumbing work;

— E3 — Joint contract: Air treatment plant;

— E4 — Joint contract: Electro technical installation;

— E5 — Joint contract: Control plant;

— E6 — Joint contract: Water treatment;

— E7 - Joint contract: Lift;

— E8 — Joint contract: Landscape work.

The following progress has been sketched for the execution:

— Dispatch of tenders Februar 2015;

— Contracting April/May 2015;

— Consruction start April/May;

— Trial operation November 2016;

— Taken into use November/December 2016.
