The Court of Justice is looking to launch a framework contract for the supply of books, yearbooks, updates and monographic series in paper or electronic format, as well as, exceptionally, electronic books.
The object of this procedure is to award a framework contract for the supply to the contracting authority of:
— books in paper format;
— yearbooks, updates and monographic series in paper or electronic format, and
— exceptionally, electronic books (e-books).
‘Book’ means any work which is not part of a series – irrespective or not of whether that series is regularly published – and which can be ordered on an ad hoc basis.
‘Yearbook’: a series containing reference material intended to be revised at annual intervals.
‘Monographic series’: a group of distinct resources linked together by the fact that in addition to its own title, each resource bears a collective title applying to the group as a whole.
‘E-book (electronic book)’ means a non-serial digital document, irrespective or not of whether it is licensed, in which a searchable text prevails, and which can be considered by analogy with a printed book (monograph).
