The subject of the tender is the procurement of all-flash storage devices, the associated extensions (disk shelves, disks, interface cards, etc.) and licenses (software functions) and related services.

The tender includes the supply of all-flash storage systems as well as the expansion of systems (disks, caches, ports, etc.). In addition, external services can optionally be procured over the entire term.

By submitting its offer, the contractor warrants that it will be able to supply all available systems offered, including available controllers, disk shelves and associated disks and other hardware enhancements as well as licenses for software functions or license bundles (suites).

For products discontinued within the term of the contract, the contractor guarantees a follow-up product of comparable or better quality and quality or service with comparable performance.

In order to cover requirements that can not be planned in detail, it is possible to obtain extensions to the currently planned final expansion of 600TiB user data per system as well as, according to current planning, at least 6 additional storage systems and their expansion at the offer prices from this contract. The storage systems, including all hardware, software and licenses necessary for operation and administration, are to be offered for the planned final expansion, including installation and training.

The term of the contract applies, if not previously terminated, from the contract for 3 years.
