Supply of natural gas for the rehabilitation clinics of the Knappschaft-Bahn-See (KBS) for the year 2022.
The object is to supply the client with natural gas. Service components are procurement (tranche model), delivery, customer service and billing. The total capacity is estimated at around 21,547 MWH for 12 months. The Knappschaft Kliniken Service GmbH (KKSG) carries out the tender in the name and for the account of the Knappschaft-Bahn-See (KBS) and concludes a contract on behalf of the KBS. The client is the KBS. The power of attorney is attached to this note as Appendix 1. The following rehab clinics are required:
- Knappschafts Clinic Bad-Driburg;
- Knappschafts-Klinik Borkum;
- Knappschafts Clinic (Römerberg Clinic), Badenweiler;
- Knappschafts-Klinik Bad Neuenahr;
- Paul Ehrlich Clinic, Bad Homburg.
The most economical offer is awarded the contract. To determine the profitability of the offers, the price is 100% decisive.
For delivery points 1a - 3a and 4, pricing is based on exchange prices (PEGAS) for Natural Gas Year Future Cal. 2022 and the provisions of the natural gas supply agreement. The gas prices for the individual delivery points are calculated using the following price formula:
Energy price RLM (2022) = K1EUR / MWh + NCG or GASPOOL Year Futures (2022) EUR / MWh
The constant "K1" must be specified in EUR / MWh and with 3 decimal places. K1 includes all costs for structuring, customer care, billing, margins, etc. (so-called service surcharge). Any conversion fees incurred must be included in these costs (constant K) The energy price SLP2022 is the working price including any conversion fees and base prices (but plus all surcharges, levies and taxes). This energy price is granted and charged to the customer for the entire calendar year 2022.
For the evaluation, the energy price RLM2022 is determined using the variable specified by the bidder for the energy price formula ("K1") and a fictitious end-of-day price for NCG or GASPOOL of EUR 20 / MWH. The energy price SLP2022 is a fixed price offered by the bidder. For the evaluation the energy priceRLM2022 is multiplied by the estimated consumption values of the delivery points 1a - 3a and 4. The specified energy price SLP2022 is multiplied by the estimated consumption values of the delivery points 3b - 3c. The sums are added (valuation price). The offer with the lowest valuation price is the most economical offer.
The actual purchase or the fixing of the energy price relevant for the delivery takes place in accordance with the agreement on the delivery and purchase of natural gas.
