4.1. The subject of the contract is the systematic collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Wiązownica, in a way that ensures that the municipality achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill.
4.2. The subject of the contract also includes the implementation of educational activities in all primary schools (7 schools) in the municipality of Wiązownica, in the field of proper municipal waste management, in particular in the field of separate waste collection. In grades I-III and kindergarten classes.
Educational activities should be carried out in the spring period (May-June) or in the autumn period (September-October).
4.3. Carrying out a one-time cleaning of all containers during the term of the contract

4.3. Conduct a single action of washing all mixed-waste containers during the operation of the contract.

5.2.1. Collection, transport and handling of solid waste from households.
5.2.2. Reception of segregated waste, including biodegradable waste.
5.2.3. Collection of bulky items, electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres.
5.2.4. Provision of separate collection bags to households:
- green color on glass-120 l,
- blue color on paperboard — 120 l,
- yellow for plastics, metals and multi-material packaging –
120 l,
- brown colour for biodegradable waste and green waste —120l,
5.2.5. Equipping PSZOK with appropriate containers lies with the Contractor.
5.2.6. The point is to enable the collection of separately collected waste, in particular hazardous waste, e.g. expired medicines, used batteries, accumulators, fluorescent lamps, paint packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste, tires.
5.2.7. PSZOK should be equipped with appropriate containers and containers enabling selective collection of all fractions, they should be properly marked for the appropriate fractions. PSZOK is located in the sewage treatment plant in Wiązownica.
The Contractor will equip PSZOK with the following containers and containers:
Kp 7 - worn tires,
Kp 7 - waste electrical and electronic equipment, fluorescent lamps, used
batteries and accumulators,
Poj. 1200 l - expired drugs and chemicals,
Poj. 1200 l - packaging of plant protection products,
Poj. 1200 l - paper, cardboard, plastics, metals.
Rubble and bulky waste will be stored in bulk.
5.2.8. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the waste collected from PSZOK in Wiązownica by transferring it for recovery or disposal.
NOTE: It will not be possible to return mixed waste to the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point.
It will be possible to return mixed waste.
Frequency of waste collection from PSZOK - according to the needs for telephone notification, but not more often than 1 time per quarter.
