The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1), point.

1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests")

including work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood,

timber transport, maintenance of forest facilities, side activities, seed and nursery,

to be performed in the area of the Oborniki Śląskie Forest District in 2023 resulting from Annex 2 to

SWZ. The subject of the order has been divided into 6 parts ("Package")

Package 2.1 – forestry: Cieplice and Jary;

Package 2.2 – forestry: Zwierzyniec and Kraniec;

Package 2.3 – forestry: Lipnica and Rościsławice;

Package 2.4 – forestry: Prusice and Osolin;

Package 2.5 – forestry: Trzebnica and Pęgów;

Package 2.6 – forestry: Nursery Jary;

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. The offer made for a given Package must

however, cover the entire scope of work.
