The building complex of the former fire station, which is now a listed building, was built in 1884 according to plans by Hermann Blankenstein for the Friedrichshain professional fire brigade.
The estimated eligible costs are around 2,793,296 euros net.

The following services are to be commissioned:
Services for buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI 2021, performance phase 2 (performance level 1); optional work phases 3 - 9.
Special services: LPH 2: Inventory with all necessary information relevant to planning and construction (e.g. parapet heights, façade, sections, etc.). Previously available as dwg/dxf, the floor plans documented in the requirements program are UG to 3rd floor; LPH 2: Economic feasibility studies - economic feasibility studies that go beyond the basic service according to HOAI in accordance with § 7 LHO according to Annex 2 of the ABau
"Guidelines for economic feasibility studies in the preparation, planning and implementation of construction measures" for variants of LPH 2
Services building acoustics according to HOAI 2021, Annex 1 (to §3 para. 1), 1.2.2 and 1.2.4 and according to ABau, service phases 1 and 2 (performance level 1); optional work phases 3 - 7.
Special services: LPH 2: Inventory in addition to the documents of the requirements program, 5 hours of sound emission measurements on surrounding residential buildings before the start of the conversion measures
Services of room acoustics according to HOAI 2021, Annex 1 (to §3 para. 1), 1.2.2 and 1.2.5 and according to ABau, service phase 1 and 2 (performance level 1); optional service phases 3 - 7, special service: LPH 2: Inventory in addition to the documents of the requirements program
The basis of the assignment is the enclosed model contract of ABau with the annex to § 3: Specific performance obligations including the General Contractual Provisions (GTC). The procedures set out in ABau must be followed.
The assignment takes place in service levels, initially with the respective service level 1. The client reserves the right to limit the assignment to partial services of individual service levels or to individual sections.
