The purpose of this contract is the conduct, troubleshooting and regular maintenance of the thermal installations of the buildings of the community, as well as a basic guarantee and the realization of urgent interventions for these same installations

The contract includes three types of services:

- P2: Driving, troubleshooting and maintenance of thermal installations in communal buildings

- P3: basic guarantee of thermal installations of municipal buildings in the city

- Other services: maintenance and repair for urgent interventions
