1 Order includes:
a) combating slippery slopes and clearing snow from roads according to the winter maintenance standards set by the Ordering Party, in accordance with bills of quantities (constituting attached to ST the conditions of services related to the operation of winter maintenance equipment) and bills of quantities.
b) maintaining the equipment planned for the performance of the contract and its service from 30 October in 2023, 2024, 2025 until the end of the provision of services covered by the contract in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2023, 2024, 2025 respectively.
(c) ensuring direct communication with the operation of the equipment used for the performance of the contract, in order to transmit instructions to the staff by the persons mentioned
current state of road passability
start and end time of services on individual road sections
hazards caused by weather conditions
other events noticed on the road
Task No. 1: Road Circuit in BiłgorajWinter maintenance of sections of provincial roads No. 835, 858, 863 and 877 in the Road Circuit in Biłgoraj, from the dispatch point – the seat of the Road Circuit in Biłgoraj, in accordance with the following bill of quantities:

1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order and change the maximum number of contracted hours between individual equipment units according to the actual needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions or the condition of the surface of provincial roads, without changing the maximum remuneration, as part of the Task.
2) The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract in accordance with its provisions and the technical specification of the terms of services related to the operation of winter road maintenance equipment, constituting an Annex to the contract and in a manner that guarantees the proper quality of services provided.
4) The contract should be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular;
a) the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 645, as amended)
b) the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2556, as amended)
c) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended)
d) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended)
e) the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended)
2.The scope of the order includes:
a) combating slippery slopes and clearing snow from roads according to the winter maintenance standards set by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the bills of quantities of the Ordering Party's services (constituting an attachment to the Technical Specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter maintenance equipment) and bills of quantities.
b) maintaining the equipment planned for the performance of the contract and its service from 30 October in 2023, 2024, 2025 until the end of the provision of services covered by the contract in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2023, 2024, 2025 respectively.

d) providing equipment to enable the Contracting entity to control its preparation at the place and time indicated by the Contracting entity, after the Contractor has declared readiness to perform the service.
e) to provide, at their own expense and by their own efforts, current and repair maintenance of equipment provided for the provision of services covered by the contract,
f) performing at its own expense and by its own efforts the maintenance of the Ordering Party's equipment (ploughs, salters / sandblasters), if it was used in the execution of the contract (cleaning from rust, painting) and return to the WFD in Zamość (applies to tasks 1, 2 and 3) – database of the Road Circuit:
task No. 1 - Biłgoraj 71 Krzeszowska Street – medium side plough by 30 May of subsequent years, i.e. 2024, 2025, 2026 or within 15 days from the date of termination of the contract. The equipment will be handed over and returned by a handover protocol.
Task No. 2: Road Circuit in JózefówWinter maintenance of sections of provincial roads No. 849, 853 and 863 in the Road Circuit in Józefów, from the dispatch point – the seat of the Road Circuit in Józefów, in accordance with the following bill of quantities:
