The Council wishes to appoint a number of organisations or individuals to a Framework Agreement for consultants to provide advice and assistance relating to various planning and construction design disciplines. There is an on-going need for Landscape Architects to assist with planning applications and appeals, with a requirement for consultants to help deliver the Council's Housing Capital Investment Programme. Periodically the Council has the need to consult and appoint other specialists and for that reason, we have taken this opportunity to include a wide range of disciplines on this Framework Agreement.
