- Creation of the "Operations Manual Data Center"
The DL will take over the productive operation of BVVG's mainframe applications from the cut-off date (01.04.2023). For this purpose, the following services are provided by the DL:
• Provision, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software components required for the functions of the mainframe applications and their interfaces as well as all necessary software licenses
• Preparation and execution of the takeover of the mainframe applications including test operation
• Operation of mainframe applications
• Provision, operation and maintenance of the WAN connection between the data center and bvvg headquarters in Berlin
• Coordination and implementation of the framework conditions for performance implementation, especially security, change, incident, recovery and disaster management, as well as service level agreements (SLA)
• Consulting and development services for the operation of mainframe applications
• Creation of the "Data Center Operations Manual" in the takeover phase.
In the mainframe applications of the BVVG, personal data (personal master data, communication data, contract master data, contract billing and payment data including bank details) of buyers, tenants, tenants, claimants, service providers, notaries, property owners and other entitled persons or contractual partners are processed. Therefore, the services to be provided are subject to the statutory provisions on order processing (cf. DSGVO, §§ 62 - 77 BDSG).
The DL regularly provides the results of audits that meet the minimum requirements according to ISO 27001 as basic proof of compliance with the agreed technical and organizational measures in the contract language (an exception is ISAE 3402, which can be handed over in English). In accordance with the obligations of the GDPR, the BVVG reserves the right to carry out supplementary on-site inspections.
