The subject of the contract is "Comprehensive service of lease, washing and distribution of underwear and other hospital assortment in accordance with the needs of Spec. Psych ZOZ in Łódź." in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

In accordance with Annex 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is "Comprehensive service of lease, washing and distribution of underwear and other hospital assortment in accordance with the needs of Spec. Psych ZOZ in Łódź" carried out through:1., 1.1. collection and washing of dirty hospital bedding and other assortment owned by the Ordering Party from individual organizational units of the Ordering Party,1.2. collection and washing of dirty other assortment owned by the Ordering Party's patients from individual cells organizational of the Ordering Party,1.3. collection and washing of dirty hospital bedding leased from the Contractor from individual organizational units of the Ordering Party,1.4. lease 600 comp. hospital underwear of white color. The set consists of: duvet cover with dimensions of 160x200 cm; pillowcase with dimensions 80x80 cm; sheet with elastic band for hospital mattresses measuring 90x200x15 cm, 1.5. delivery of clean, washed underwear and other assortment listed in points 1.1-1.4 to individual organizational units of the Ordering Party by transport of the Contractor every day on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday in the interval between 12:00 and 13:00 in accordance with the schedule constituting Appendix. No. 1 to the contract. The Ordering Party indicates that the delivery of bedding and assortment to individual cells will count from the time of the Contractor's appearance in the Psychiatric Ward C. Commencement of the service and appearance in the Psychiatric Ward C after 13:00 will be treated as a delay in the performance of the service will be counted in relation to the hour. Any failure to comply with the time specified above shall be treated as a breach of the deadlines specified in § 2 section 1 point 1.1 of the contract. 7. Size of the subject of the contract.7.1. The expected estimated quantities to be laundered over the entire term of the 36-month contract are:

7.1.a.ok. 210 000 kg of hospital bedding owned by the Ordering Party; 7.1.b.ok.1200 kg of other assortment not owned by the Ordering Party (m.in. patients' clothing); 7.1.c. other assortment owned by the Ordering Party's patients during the term of the contract is approx. 1080 kg; 7.1.d.ok.16500 kg of underwear leased from the Contractor.7.2 Lease to the Contracting Authority by the Contractor during the term of the contract of hospital linen in the total amount of 600 sets of hospital bedding in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ The set includes: duvet cover with dimensions of 160x200 cm; pillowcase 80x80 cm; sheet with elastic band for hospital mattresses dimensions 90x200x15 cm, made of cotton-polyester fabric ( composition: 50%/50%) with a weight of not less than 170g/m², washing temperature 95ºC with the possibility of disinfection, having a bacteriostatic aperture (textiles in the health care system). The number of leased sets (referred to in point 7.2) is not the same as the estimated amount of washing of leased linen (referred to in point 7.1.d). Only bed linen in the form of pillowcases, sheets (which is 600 sets during the term of the contract – duvet cover + pillowcase + sheet) hospital bedding is leased. 7.2.1. The Ordering Party also indicates that after the end of the contract, i.e. after 36 months, the entire leased bedding in the amount of 600 comp. hospital bedding will be the property of the Ordering Party. The number of leased sets is not the same as the estimated amount of washing of leased linen. During the entire term of the contract, the leased bedding (sets) will be washed many times. This means that after 36 months, respectively, the proportional value of the leased underwear becomes the property of the Ordering Party. After 36 months passes ownership of 600 comp. hospital bedding.7.3. In the event of early termination of the contract – the amount of leased linen becomes the property of the Ordering Party proportional to the duration of the contract until its termination.7.4.The Ordering Party reserves the right to lease the above-described 600 comp.
