A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that at the Contractor's request it will provide a Description of the subject of the contract containing additional confidential information. Together with the application, the Contractor is obliged to submit a confidentiality statement constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
The statement should be drawn up in Polish in electronic form and provided with a qualified electronic signature by a person authorized to represent the Contractor in accordance with the entry in the relevant register or central register and information on economic activity.
